This cardigan is designed to be oversized, with approximately 20–30 cm of positive ease in the smaller sizes, gradually decreasing in the larger sizes.

Yarn

Hand-dyed Kid Silk Mohair from Thelma Steimann. A luxurious brushed yarn of 72% kid

mohair and 28% silk. Lightweight, super soft, and wonderful to knit with. Approx. 420 m /

50 g.

Kid Silk Mohair: 4/4/4/4/4/5/5/5 skeins

Tension gauge

Gauge: 15 sts × 21 rows = 10 × 10 cm in stockinette stitch using 2 strands of Kid Silk Mo-

hair held together on 6 mm needles, measured after blocking.

Good to know

The cardigan is worked from the top down using a raglan construction. The yoke is

worked flat, then divided into body and sleeves. The body is worked flat, while the sleeves

are worked in the round. Finally, the front ribbed bands are knitted onto the cardigan.
